About the event
This is the first of our Torbay Sensory Walks and an opportunity to experience this stunning bit of coastline a little differently. We will meet at Roundham Head at 4.30am and watch the sun rise on the longest day together followed by a walk to Goodrington Sands via the zig zag. The aim of this walk is to connect you in a very tangible way with this beautiful location, allowing space and time to immerse yourself in it using all of your senses. There will also be a live musical performance on handpan by the walk leader, Lyndon Forster and opportunities for peaceful, meditative connection.
These walks have been generously funded by Torbay heritage and the Heritage Lottery and are delivered through We Need Music CIC.
What to Expect:
• A gentle, beautiful walk along a carefully chosen stretch of the South West Coast Path
• Moments of stillness, sound,…
