Upcoming Pankind Workshops and Events
We run various handpan workshops and retreats regularly across the South of England. We try to offer a variety of different options to suit peoples needs. This past year our Woodland Handpan Day Retreats at The Glade in Dartington have been very popular. We have more of these booked for 2026 (please see details below), and will be adding further dates of other workshops and retreats to this page in the coming weeks.
Sat 20 JunThe Yard (Creative Space) LtdThis extended four-hour workshop is designed to give more than just a glimpse allowing more time to explore and connect with these captivating instruments. You will learn about them, basic playing and improvisational techniques, mindful connection using handpan, plus a handpan performance.
Sun 21 JunRoundham HeadJoin us for a unique sensory exploration of the Torbay coastline, guided by community musician and former countryside ranger Lyndon Forster. This walk will blend live music, nature-based connection, and mindful sensory experiences.

Mon 20 AprBridgetown Community HallA workshop exploring this beautiful and unique instrument focussing mainly on basic playing technique and improvisation. Opportunities to try several different scales of handpan made from different materials by various reputable UK makers, and advice on what to look for when purchasing a handpan.
