About the event
We will meet at the railway bridge at South Sands Beach (Goodrington) (What 3 Words: ///sing.assets.statue ) at 6.15pm, and the walk will begin promptly at 6.30pm.
This is a 'quiet walk' - Not in silence, but leaving plenty of space for quiet moments of reflection and meditation.
This is an opportunity to experience this stunning bit of coastline a little differently. The aim of this walk is to connect you in a very tangible way with this beautiful location, allowing space and time to immerse yourself in it using all of your senses. There will also be a live musical performance on handpan by the walk leader, Lyndon Forster and opportunities for peaceful, meditative connection.
