About the event
We will meet at Roundham Head (the entrance closest to Paignton Harbour and Fairy Cove) (What 3 words: ///fall.larger.coherent) at 4.30 and watch the sun rise together followed by a walk to Goodrington Sands via the zig zag.
This is a 'quiet walk' - Not in silence, but leaving plenty of space for quiet moments of reflection and meditation.
This is an opportunity to experience this stunning bit of coastline a little differently. The aim of this walk is to connect you in a very tangible way with this beautiful location, allowing space and time to immerse yourself in it using all of your senses. There will also be a live musical performance on handpan by the walk leader, Lyndon Forster and opportunities for peaceful, meditative connection.
